In case of emergency, where can I find help?
In Germany, there is a emergency hotline: 112. Specially trained employees answer your call, take care of your concern or forward you to the adequate emergency medical service (ambulance, fire department or police). Callers have to identify themselves. This means that you have to state your name, address and phone number. If you called 112 accidentally, please don´t hang up! Tell the employee that everything is fine. Otherwise he or she has to send an EMS to check. In Germany, calling 112 is only possible if you have a valid SIM card.
During the competitions, you can aproach our volunteers at any time. They know the most important emergency numbers and support you contacting if necessary.
