Selection procedure
All parties interested in the exhibition are invited to apply separately from a registration.
Applications should contain the following:
• Short biography (max. 1,000 characters / German or English)
• Illustration of the work in your own words (max. 1,000 characters German or English)
• All documents must be labeled with name, title, material, address.
• Insufficiently labeled, incomplete, or unrequested documents are not admissible for application.
• Up to five works can be suggested for the exhibition by the participant. Only send pictures of your work. Originals are not admissible for selection. The application documents are not sent back, but can be personally collected.
• For the catalogue production we require digital photos (jpg, colour corrected, resolution 300dpi, format 21 x 29 cm), of work from the artists who will be participating in the exhibition with illustrations
Applications may be submitted via post or online:

Application documents can be sent in a folder (maximum size DIN A3). We still require an email address for communication with you.
• Per post on CD:
We accept only CDs. The documents (short biography, presentation of the own work and pictures of the work) should be summarized in a document as a PDF-document. Other file formats are not admissible.
• Online:
Send a PDF-document with the documents (short biography, presentation of the own work and pictures of the works, maximum file size 2MB), to: art@games-cologne.de

Place of exhibition
The place of exhibition is still open. We are searching for inner-city facilities.
Jury and Display
The jury will consist of three people from the
Transport
The transport of the works to and from the exhibit will be organized and financed by the artists.
Sales
The curated exhibit is a sales exhibit. 70% of the sales proceeds go to the artist and 30% to the games cologne GmbH. The artists are able to receive a donation receipt for the 30%.
Catalogue
A catalogue is being planned for the exhibit.
Publication of illustrations
With the application, the artist gives his consent for the free publication of the works in connection with the exhibit / the catalogue / the PR work by games cologne GmbH.
Statement of agreement
The submitter must agree with all listed conditions with the registration to the competition.
Copyright
The artists guarantee that they hold all copyrights and authorships of works sent in by them. The games cologne GmbH does not assume any liability for issues of copyright.
