Description
Pilates is the perfect holistic training for the body. By connecting far-east training methods such as yoga and Zen meditation, techniques of various sports and gymnastics, Pilates develops the body’s ideal stability and flexibility, as well as mental energy for the soul. To relax, stretch and strengthen the muscles deep down one must embrace the various Pilates principles. This class (wednesday till saturday) will be held on the roof of the German Sports and Olympic Museum – a fascinating location with a view of the Cologne cathedral and the Rhine. Beginners and the experienced are both welcome.
