All aforementioned competitions will be offered to both women and men in the following age classifications: 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99, 100+.
Age classes for relay competition, in which mixed relays for 2 women and 2 men are allowed, are as following: 18 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69.
Each relay has to compete in the age category of the youngest realy member.

This schedule is preliminary. There will be changes due to organizational reasons or due to number of participants in individual events. However the basic structure of this schedule will be maintained.
The equipment for hammer, discus, javolin, short-putting and pole vault can be provided at the NetCologne Stadion.

Participation
Athletes may compete in as many disciplines as they wish. However, at the time of registration, athletes should pay close attention to the schedule of events, so that no overlapping occurs.

Rules
The track and field events will be played according to the rules of the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) www.iaaf.org.

Equipment
Javelins, shot puts, hammers, and discuses, as well as relay batons and pole-vaulting poles will be supplied by event officials.

Services
Food service is available at the cafeterias and cafés at Sportpark Muengersdorf.

First-Aid
First-aid stations and paramedics will be available.

Tickets
Entrance to tournaments is free for all spectators, subject to space available and security regulations.
