Be part of it! Choruses from all over the world will be filling Cologne with the sound of music! On the streets and in the squares, in concert halls and sports halls - singers will be setting the Gay Games to song!
Fusion now! A warm welcome in the city with probably the world’s most colorful lesbian and gay choir scene. There are now nine lesbian, gay and gay-lesbian mixed choruses. A few years ago they all got together under the name of “Stimmfusion” (voice fusion) to put on joint concerts and they are all now supporting the Gay Games in Cologne.

- The FestivalChoir will take part in the Opening and Closing Ceremonies - full choruses as well as individual singers can participate in these events.
- ChorusOpenAir: We are going to fill the streets and squares of Cologne with music - all ensembles will be offered the opportunity of presenting programs on stages throughout the city, including the area around the cathedral, on the banks of the Rhine, in the sports park, and at many other locations.
- “Stimmfusion” is inviting a total of 20 choruses to participate in four concerts to be held in a popular Cologne theatre. Each ensemble will be able to present a part of the program.
- The Cologne University of Music provides the setting on one evening for the big gala of vocal and band music - en evening full of emotion in one of the largest and oldest schools of music in Europe with an worldwide acclaim.
- SingingWorkshop: In various workshops there is the opportunity to develop your own voice, to get to know several musical styles and to exchange your experiences
Be part of it! All those who register for the Choir Festival will be given the opportunity of taking part in the Festival Choir and in the Choirs in the Open Air events. In addition the first 20 choruses will be able to present their program during one of the four Choir Concerts.

Registration
Please note: There will be four Choir Concerts. The number of participating choirs is limited to 20. We therefore recommend an early registration.
Right now you can register yourself either for your sport or your cultural event of choice. Registration fee will be 150 Euro. An additional fee will be paid, depending on your sport / cultural event (Choirfestival is charged by 40 Euro). The registration fee covers the confirmation of the participation as well as a ticket for both the opening and the closing ceremony, a public transit pass, a participation medal, and a welcome package.
