VIII. Gay Games Cologne 2010

The Gay Games VIII Cologne 2010 are the world’s largest sports and cultural festival. The cultural events (31 July - 07 August 2010) are expected to draw some 2000 participants to Cologne – singers, musicians, and visual artists, as well as dancers and cheerleaders.

The Gay Games Village comprises a series of stages located in various parts of the of town centre, giving participants plenty of opportunities to meet friends and make new acquaintances. Choruses, bands, and cheerleading squads will perform both here and in other venues to ensure that both residents and visitors to Cologne experience the “Gay Games feeling.”

The visual arts event at the VIII Gay Games Cologne 2010 will be an impressive exhibit, and as in every Gay Games, the International Rainbow Memorial Run will commemorate the victims of HIV-AIDS and breast cancer.
