Description
The yoga class at the Cologne Gay Games will be a unique experience for all participants due to its excellent trainer Christoph. The class (sunday till saturday) will be held on the roof top of the German sports and Olympic museum – a fascinating location with a view of the Cologne cathedral and the Rhine. Christoph will emphasize calm, gentle yoga, with physical exercises which make the entire body flexible. With the help of breathing exercises, you will learn to consciously activate your energy. Relaxation leads to inner calm and power. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, an exercise room in the museum will be available for use.
