Description
Did early "homosexual" women exist? Did only a romantic friendship or also a sexual practice exist? Using visual motifs, such as the host of the girlfriends of St. Ursula, we approach the love of women in medieval and early modern times: with nuns, with women in men's clothing and married women who wrote love letters to other women. We read from old Begin rules, court records and letters.
