Description
Aikido is a Japanese martial art which brings together the body and soul in a wonderful way. With its smooth evasion, drawback and deflection, the attack misses its target and the attacker his/her balance. The fundamental idea is not victory over others, but recognizing your own limits, broadening them, and physical and mental development. Focus and movement, smooth flow, and the sensible use of energies are fundamental elements of AikiThu. The meaning of the word Aikido, ai-"harmony", ki-"soul" and do-"way" can also be seen as representative of the values of the Gay Games. We are therefore excited to offer you an exciting international Aikido seminar under the lead management of Aikido Niji Dojo Berlin, aimed at all participants from around the world. The seminar will be offered on 2 days with four 90-minute training sessions led by 8 different trainers.
